Projects For The Improvement Of America - A Few Quick Suggestions.

While the platform of the "Citizens Party" has a lot of good and worthy ideas to get Our Nation to a Better place, I will suggest some further "fundamental changes" that might also help. I do this for future reference, thinking that the proposals on the "Citizen Party Platform" deserves Our support and focus for now.

In addition to the present platform, maybe We could one day consider the following:

(1) After "getting back" to the Constitution, (the "Original Republic One" and not the Federal Version) and getting Our Representative Government to more closely adhere to its principles, We should undertake an Evolutionary Restructuring of this Founding Document. I think, that We should NOT alter the original text of the original document, but make changes, as to clarity and additional social inclusion, on new layers that adds to the value of this document. To do this We would have to first take a step back, to when Washington, D.C. was first established as the seat of a interjected Federal and Corporate Government, that began to block the function of Our Republic Government.

I think it would be a good idea to restore the "Original" Constitution as the "First Constitution" and without any changes to it. The First Amendment and subsequent Amendments should each be on their own separate "layer" of the Constitution, as they occurred. Each "layer" would represent each change to this document. Then the change from the altered Federal/Corporate Version would be another layer, (I think the one We are "using" now.) Then...any future changes, at different times in Our Future, would have their own layers. This method seems, to me, to be less confusing than making changes on the "Original" and near Sacred First Constitution. By going down through the layers We can "back trail" to Our reverenced starting point. We might name the layers after the years of the changes made. For example the "First Amendment" and the rest of the "Bill Of Rights" was established on the Original Constitution in 1791.

"Opposition to the ratification of the Constitution was partly based on the Constitution's lack of adequate guarantees for civil liberties. To provide such guarantees, the First Amendment (along with the rest of the Bill of Rights) was submitted to the states for ratification on September 25, 1789, and adopted on December 15, 1791."

We could call this layer the "1791 Layer" and place it chronologically in the "Constitution Evolution Scheme"..or some such. Of course all of these proposals should be decided by a majority of the "True Citizens" of Our Nation.

Thats enough proposal for now. More later.

Respectfully Submitted,  Daniel Penisten   (DAN 1)

P.S. "True Citizen" = Those members of the American Populace who have attained a high standard of excellence in Good Heart and Mind Participation in the government and affairs of Our Culture. The "True Citizen" would be the "True Elite" of Our nation. The More, The Better. This Honor has to be "earned".

Hey Dan. Is there any credence to the idea that the "first constitution" might be the "Declaration Of Independence" or "The Articles Of Confederation"? Those were both revolutionary documents. We Americans seem to have left them behind for some reason. Shouldn't they be included in the new Constitution Book? With explanations as to why they were left behind?
