I'm really into the regalia thing and like a Good motto too.
Kevin P. Sims got me going on this subject, with his blog post about Citizens Party clothing (t-shirts). He even proposed a great design...a White Elk (or Stag) on a purple field...accompanied by the words "Citizens Party". Good work Kevin.
As I got to thinking about his fine design, it occurred to me that a Good motto should be on there too. And then I realized that I have not seen any Citizen Party mottoes yet.
So. Hows abouts it yall? Lets have a good ol' fashioned motto development contest?
How about: "Citizens Party - Home Of The Better America Patriot" Hmmm, maybe not...kinda vague maybe.
So, yall take a swing at it. Reply here with your ideas and then We can all decide what Our Motto shall be. (And this doesn't have to be engraved in stone. We can always change it later.)
Who's motto will be Our Party's first motto? Submit and vote here.
Get ready! Get set! GO!

Good point Charlene on the 'Citizens United' decision going hand in hand with the rise of "super-PAC's" and super-sized donations. I don't think we should risk the possible word association.
Listed below are a couple of links for anyone interested in what exactly the 'Citizen's United' supreme court case was about.

Wikipedia is probably the least biased one way or the other.
"United Citizens" probably sounds better than "Citizens United".
I like "We are..." statements. Lots of good "tails" to attach to that:
We ARE The Rising For A New America...Rise With Us!".
"Honest government for a change".
(I like this cause it can be read two ways and both are accurate!)
Howz about "WE are the change to believe in"?
Never end a sentence with a preposition. "WE are the change in which we can believe"?
English teachers just ruined everything! :)
I think because of the horrible "Citizens United" Supreme Court decision that has drowned the elections in cash that we should steer away from any motto with "Citizens United" in it.
I'm glad the French can appreciate the "full circle" intrinsic value of Charlene's suggestion. It could be considered "universal" and possibly Good for "Citizens Party". We'll see. The People will decide...I Hope.
Keep em coming, members. We are beginning to accumulate quite a selection and choice of mottoes. And thank you very much for contributing to this project.
"All for one and one for all"?!
Great input members. It will be interesting when a vote is taken on this project.
Wouldn't it be fantastic if We could "come up" with one word that meant all of the suggested? I know...too much coffee tonight.
I may be biased, but I kinda like the “Taking Action” one ;)
