Hi am new here but have been in touch with the party in the past.
I am interested in becomming a district leader for California's 30th Congressional District.
Hi Rachael,
Last night we had a monthly meeting at Jerry's Deli in Marina del Rey. Saturday night seemed to work out well for everyone.
I'm thinking we'll have the next meeting on July 9th due to the 4th of July weekend hoopla.
Same place at 7 pm. Hope you'll be able to join us.

The LA Ron Paul supporters are having their kickoff event July 2nd in Studio City. Do you think it would be a good oppurtinuty to pass out info on the Citizens Party? My only concern is that people might see us as interfearing with the Ron Paul campaign.
Ron Paul is running as a Republican. He IS a Republican. I think it would not benefit us to reach out to Republicans.
I'd rather we attend "neutral" events where they would be a mix of all political persuasions. Like county fairs, concerts etc.
Although I still think that doing online advertising and online voter registration will be the best way for us to achieve our goals.
We need to raise some money from a wealthy benefactor who believes in the party.

"Party Status
103,004 registrations 1,030,040 registrations The registration requirement has recently changed after the passage of a new law. The requirement went from 103,000+ registrations to over 1 million registrations."
Who is responsible for this increase in required registrants? Is this another example of bi-partisan co-operation?
