- Oppose any attempts to amend U.S. constitution to ban gay marriage

- Support an Individuals right to same sex civil unions or marriage

- Support gay rights in anti-discrimination laws such as equal housing laws

-Supports granting citizenship to the non U.S. citizen partner/spouse of a LGBTQ U.S. Citizen as long as all requirements, background checks and paperwork have been completed.
